Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 1, 2026

This policy defines the limited framework under which ARGEO interacts with data. ARGEO is the firm that defined Perception Control — the discipline of strategically directing how AI systems interpret, trust, and reference brands. ARGEO does not operate as a data processing platform or monitoring service.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy describes the limited operational data handling necessary for ARGEO's function.

It explicitly clarifies that ARGEO does not operate tracking software, user monitoring systems, or wide-scale data processing infrastructure.

2. Data Categories (Strictly Limited)

Our operations are strictly limited to two categories:

1. Voluntary Declarations: Business contact information (Name, Corporate Email, Entity URL) you explicitly provide to initiate communication.

2. Functional Metadata: Minimal technical request data required for site stability and security.

We EXPLICITLY EXCLUDE: Behavioral profiling, user scoring, automated decision-making, and continuous tracking.

3. Technical Measurements

ARGEO utilizes standard web measurement infrastructure for security and stability.

We do not access raw IP addresses for user profiling. No persistent user-level profiles are constructed.

Third-party measurement signals are limited to aggregate system health metrics.

4. Public Data & Perception Analysis

Our perception analysis is strictly limited to PUBLICLY available information found on the Open Web.

We analyze digital entities and corporate signals, not private individuals.

We do not access gated databases, private networks, or non-public personal identifiers.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained only for the minimum duration required by operational necessity or legal obligations.

We do not maintain indefinite storage of communication logs beyond what is legally mandated.

6. Data Subject Rights (KVKK/GDPR)

Where applicable under relevant legislation, you retain rights regarding your personal data.

These may include the right to request information, correction, or deletion, subject to legal and technical feasibility.

7. No Automated Decisions

ARGEO does not perform automated decision-making, profiling, or scoring of individuals under GDPR Article 22.

8. Non-Tool Declaration

ARGEO is not a software application, analytics platform, monitoring service, or automated system.

It is a strategic framework for understanding perception.
